Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the full process shooting of short videos, promotional materials, and other content, including scene construction, lighting arrangement, lens scheduling, equipment operation (cameras, gimbals, etc.), ensuring that the image quality, composition, and sound reception meet project requirements;

2. Complete post production editing of shooting materials, including material screening, rough cutting, fine cutting, music composition, subtitle addition, simple color grading, transition design, etc., to ensure smooth rhythm, complete content, and meet communication needs;

3. Participate in content creative discussions, optimize shooting and editing plans based on scripts or requirements, and enhance content expression;

4. Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of photography equipment to ensure its normal use;

5. Deliver shooting and editing results on time, and cooperate with the team to complete content updates and iterations.

Job Requirements

1. More than one year of work experience in photography and editing, with the requirement to provide a collection of independently completed photography and editing works (in video format) that demonstrate the use of lenses, visual quality, and editing logic;

2. Proficient in operating photography equipment (DSLR/mirrorless camera, etc.), mastering basic lighting and recording skills, and able to independently complete indoor and outdoor scene shooting;

3. Proficient in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Jianying Professional Edition, etc.), with the ability to easily adjust color, compose music, and produce subtitles, and able to efficiently complete finished film output;

4. Have aesthetic requirements for the picture, be good at capturing details, and be able to adjust the shooting and editing rhythm according to different content styles;

5. Possess good communication skills and execution ability, able to quickly understand and implement requirements, and accept moderate and flexible work arrangements;

6. Experience in shooting and editing short videos, e-commerce products, event records, etc. is preferred.

7. Salary: 4000-5000 yuan/month, excellent abilities can be discussed in person.
